Qigong & Yoga
The Santee Library offers free exercise classes for adults. The classes include instruction in Qigong, Hatha yoga and chair yoga. All classes begin in the morning, before regular branch hours, and all adults are invited to attend.
There is no sign up required for attendance. You can learn more about times and instructors from the Library calendar link or the flyer shown below. Hope to see you there!
